This Refund Policy explains your rights and our obligations regarding refunds for SampleApp subscriptions and purchases.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all first-time paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your initial charge, contact us atbilling@sampleapp.io for a full refund, no questions asked.

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. However, by subscribing and accessing the Service immediately, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose this right once you start using the Service (generate a project, invite a team member, etc.). To exercise withdrawal before first use, email us within 14 days of purchase.
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us before filing a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We can resolve most issues faster than the dispute process. Filing a dispute without contacting us may delay resolution.
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically refund past charges. You retain access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are only issued per this policy.
We may update this policy with 14 days’ notice. Changes apply to charges after the effective date.
