These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SampleApp (“Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at sampleapp.io. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. By using SampleApp, you represent that you meet these requirements. If using on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@sampleapp.io if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share your account, create accounts by automated means, or create multiple accounts to circumvent limits.

3. The Service

SampleApp provides a collaborative project management platform. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

4. Subscription & Billing

Plans

SampleApp offers a free tier and paid plans (Pro, Team, Enterprise). Features vary by plan.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are in USD, excluding taxes.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid subscriptions. See our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware, spam, or harmful code
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations at our discretion.

6. Ownership

Your content

You own your data. You grant us a license to host and serve it solely to provide the Service.

Our content

The platform, software, and branding are owned by us. No ownership is transferred to you.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF FEES PAID IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR $50 USD.

10. Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may terminate for breach, non-payment, or legal requirements. Sections 6, 8, 9, and 12 survive termination.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms with 14 days’ notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
